If the SD card is being ejected, you aren't pushing it in far enough. Yes, they are a pain in the yarbles. To push it in far enough, I used a small slot screw driver. The corner of a credit card or something like that will also work.

Hope this helps,

First of all, if the Compute Stick is powered and currently running Windows, you need to remember to properly eject the SD card before removing it. To do so, either (a) right-click on the device from within Windows Explorer and select "Eject" or (2) Click on the Safely Remove Devices icon in the System Tray and select the entry to eject the SD card.

Once you have the SD card ejected, you can remove it the same way you installed it, namely use the edge of a credit card (or something similar) to press the card in and, when you release, it will pop out far enough for you to then remove it with your fingers.

Hope this helps,

N.Scott.Pearson thank your for your help.

/thread/109225 WANKS, as mentioned before don't forget to eject the SD from Windows, and then to remove it try with the same method you used to insert it

If you need further assistance let us know.

Amy.
