I see some examples/demo on the home page. and Software Requirements is Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I want to know if I use a laptop or PC run OS Ubuntu 18.04 with Compute stick 2, does it work?

There are reports from user that Ubuntu was successfully installed on Intel Compute Stick https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005899/mini-pcs/intel-compute-sticks.html . You should check your Distro's Forum for help.
