Il compute stick non si avvia

Salve, dopo aggiornamento del sistema operativo Windows 10, non si accende. Se tengo premuto il tasto di accensione per più di 5 secondi lampeggia per una volta il led blu, ma il compute stick non si avvia.

Potete aiutarmi? Come faccio a fare un hard reset?

Unplug the unit, including from A/C power, for 5 minutes. After plugging it back in, hold the power button for 3 seconds and then release. You should see the recovery menu presented...
