After using the stick a couple of times it's set unused for a few weeks. I tried to just use it and it wouldn't boot asking me to install the disk but said if I didn't have a disk to contact the administrator. The stick doesn't come with any disk...please help?

I am having this exact same problem. Didn't use the compute stick for a week or two, now it won't boot with the exact same symptoms as the OP. Is our only option to RMA it? Where do we start the RMA process?

Be aware that for you to do a system restore you will need to use an USB keyboard instead of wireless keyboard so you can use your keyboard to access F8 and follow the steps.
