Hi all
All of a sudden there is a message saying there is hardware / driver related problems with the Intel Dual Band Wireless AC7265 adapter. Therefore the computer is unable to detect any wifi resulting in no internet access. Can you adivse what can be done to fix the problems or it simply means the device is broken.
For your information, the SA# is H93326-100
Thanks!

There have been reports of issues with both Wireless and Bluetooth after the installation of some of the recent Windows 10 updates. My suggestion is to (1) uninstall both the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers, (2) reboot the Compute Stick and (3) reinstall the (latest) drivers (I recommend installing Bluetooth before Wireless).
Hope this helps,

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the suggestion. I will try to see if it works. But may I also know how to reinstall the latest drivers if I have uninstall them; I mean how to search for the latest versions?
Moreover, do you think if there will be updates to fix the bug?
Thanks
Cheng

Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software. Enter your Compute Stick's product name in the search box. This should open a list of drivers, BIOS, software, etc. that is available for your device. There is a column that indicates version and whether the item is the latest available. You want to download all of the latest available. You can do this individually or choose the entry at the top that downloads a ZIP file containing all of the latest drivers.
The bug I am talking about is in Microsoft's upgrade engine. It can cause drivers and applications to be (all or partially) deleted during the Windows update process. Microsoft has also acknowledged a bug in their handling of Bluetooth support. I expect they will fix these issues eventually.
Hope this helps,
