1 .Does m3 computer stick fit for another power adapter or mobile/portable power? i have tried to use ipad pro power adapter but it not work. I hope it can fit for portable power.
2. When I equip 128G SanDisk micro SD card to my m3 computer stick, it work slow and often crash! What's wrong?
3. The GPU is too week not to play even a tiny game. Please improve GPU driver in the future.

Stop trying to power your stick in any other way, as you may damage it.
Read section 2.2.2 regarding the micro SD.
You may want to ensure you are using the latest bios. Look here under "downloads", if this is your stick:

The soc graphics are what they are. If you are looking for more, you have the wrong product.

FYI I was able to power the m3 compute stick using an Anker powerCore + 20100 USB-C since this battery is able to deliver up to 3A and the Compute stick does only occasionally need 4A.
If you want, you can track you're compute stick power consumption using a usb-c multimeter.
