I bought my intel computer stick (Model STCK1A32WFCR) last September. It works well until this week. It can not boot into windows.
I tried auto repair, reset PC and refresh PC. No method works. It keeps showing
'The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.'
What can I do? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Just checking - Are you using the supplied power adapter for the stick?

Yes, I am using the original power adapter which comes together with this stick.

Hi,
This error is commonly caused by an interruption of the power supply such as power failure or pressing restart during the final stage of windows installation process.
Please try the following:
Update the Intel® Compute Stick BIOS; please download the latest BIOS version for this unit at:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25506/BIOS-Update-FCBYT10H-86A- Download BIOS Update [FCBYT10H.86A]
In this case I recommend doing a BIOS recovery and you can follow the steps at:
http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000005902.html BIOS Recovery Instructions for Boards and Kits
After that is done reset the system to factory defaults:
- Remove any SD card, if installed.
- Press F8 when you see this prompt during boot: F8 to Activate Windows 8.1/10 Recovery Mode.
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Select Reset your PC, then select Next.
- Select just remove my files.
- Select Reset to start the restore process.
Please let me know if that can help you.
Best regards,
Ivan

Please try what I suggested above one more time and if it does not work you will need to request a replacement for the unit at the following link:
