What operating system? Windows 10? What version? 1903?
Is the bios of the stick updated?
Are the latest drivers installed?

Die Modellnumer endet mit SFC32 glaube ich.
OS ist Windows 10 1903.
BIOS ist upgedatet, hat aber geflackert.
Alle Treiber sind aktuell.

Die Software vom TV Gerät hatte letzte Woche ein Systemupdate.
Andere HDMI Anschlüsse vom TV haben das selbe Problem.

Did the TV have this problem before the update?
If other HDMI connections have the same problem, then I would suspect the TV, and contact Telefunken for a solution.

Ja, ich hatte davor den gleichen Fernseher ausgetauscht und dieser hatte das Problem auch.

I would contact Telefunken. If your stick, and other HDMI output devices, have the same problem, it does point to the TV.

Nicht auf anderen Geräten.
Immer nur auf die Fernseher Smart TV Telefunken 40U4000. Den gleichen Fernseher, wie der der davor ausgetauscht wurde. Beider Fernseher hatten/haben das Problem.
Auf meinem PC Monitor läuft es.

Connect the stick to the TV. Then, download, run, and ATTACH the results of this utility (using the paperclip).
