I get a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (ks.sys) and then the boot loop with a Vizio E3D420VX TV - device works fine on "regular" computer monitors. Device is BOXSTK1AW32SC version H93326-100

Hi,
I cannot find an option on the TV to change the resolution.
Let me list what does work:
I see the Intel Compute Stick start-up screen with the function key options 5-6 times during attempted boots.
When the windows boot fails, I see the Windows 10 blue background screens with the various repair options.
I have a Sabrent USB display adapter, if I connect the TV via this adapter then Windows boots fine. If I then connect the running compute stick to the TV with its HDMI connector then the compute stick works with the TV.
Finally - if I let the computer stick boot and then connect it to the TV it works!
Regards

Hi,
I tried Zoom conferencing and found there is no sound going on the TV HDMI interface - the only sound option is "Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)" I checked Device Manager and all devices are OK with drivers loaded.

Hi Stuholden,
Have you tested with both HDMI ports?
What OS are you using with the Intel® Compute Stick?
What is your current BIOS version?
I suggest you run all Windows® update and load defaults in the BIOS. This could be a compatibility issue but you can also check in this list of tested peripherals: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000017555.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/intel-compute-stick/000017555.html
