Problem of high CPU consumption - Help System (ntoskrnl.exe)

Model: STK1A32SC

I have a problem with excess CPU consumption, usually 30%.
Actions already taken, Windows 10 Pro zero formatting, scanning with AntiVirus, deactivated all notification features and other actions.

System (ntoskrnl.exe)

I have noticed that some users report that it can be a memory problem, but in this case I don't know how to solve it.

Also I did not update the BIOS, it does not always show error via F4 or the beginning of 4 seconds.

mauriciomuela, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

How long ago did you purchase the Intel® Compute Stick STK1A32SC?

Was it working fine before?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

When did the issue start?

Which Specific Windows* version are you using, 32-bit or 64-bit?

"Problem with excess CPU consumption, usually 30%", besides that, is the Intel® Compute Stick working fine, is it getting freeze, shutdown by itself or any other problem?

Where are you seeing or which application are you using to confirm that there is a CPU consumption of 30%?

Any questions, please let me know.

Hello Albert R.

I bought the STK1A32SC Stick only 90 days old (a friend brought it from USA to Brazil, sealed).

I have not made any changes to the software or hardware.

You always presented this problem.

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bits

Besides not the STK1A32SC Stick, it crashes sometimes with some applications, but this happens due to the 100% CPU utilization, being that 30% is always in use even when we have nothing running. (Stand Bye)

It is not an application but a system file, you know? Kernel thing like that, I say that because that's what I found on the internet.

Take a look:

All I know is look at this.

Thanks, it would really be a lot to handle.

Hello mauriciomuela, Thank you very much for providing that information.

Based on the picture you sand us, we can see that actually, the Intel® Compute Stick is working as expected, taking under consideration that the unit is a very basic device for very basic tasks, so the fact that it has 53% percent of CPU utilization with all those applications running is actually normal and expected.

Just in case, we can always run the Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool, it does an overall test on the unit and if it passes the test it should be working fine:
