I have installed win 10 onto my compute stick but at the final screen to set name, account details, date and time i cant continue because the usb port isnt powering or detecting a mouse or keyboard, i had left the wifi dongle for the keyboard plugged in during the install, would that be the problem?

Hello, carlontour:
Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
I would like to know, is the keyboard or mouse wireless or wired?
Since a fresh install just has been done, chances are that drivers for a wireless keyboard and mouse dongle haven't been loaded.
Just to make sure, please test it with a wired keyboard and let us know if the issue persists.
Additionally, if you require any further information or support, feel free to contact us back.
Regards,
Esteban C
