Recovery of STK1AW32SC (2016) does not work

i have got the same compute stick and installed newest BIOS Version (0024) but Windows apps (weather, News) start for 1 second and Close immediate.

in the Event log i find the error "update failed to install - code 0x80073cf6"

(i think the code 0x80073cf6 stays for "not enough Memory" but on the stick is 15GB free space)

Any ideas for solution or only restore Windows?
