Hello all,
I bought a compute stick in the Netherlands, back home in Salvador BR Ubuntu broke after a few hours, according to CC rep it needs to be replaced. Well, ok, but my question is: it must be done thru snail mail, and I am responsible for the costs and delivery. Is that normal? Compared to other large manufacturers seems kind of a week customer service. Mail is kind of unreliable here, so the chance of success of me sending, they receiving, they sending, me receiving, ánd it actually work afterwards seems very, very slim. -does Intel work like this everywhere?
