STCK1A32WFC won't boot from C drive

Get message screen:

Windows Boot Manager

Windows failed to start...

status 0xc000000d

An unexpected error occurred

F8 comes up with an error also.

Was able to update to most recent BIOS.

Can boot to EFI shell.

What to try?
