Stick won't play video.

I just received a warranty replacement stick because my original one quit working. I have uploaded movie trailers that auto play. They play on my other two sticks that I have but will not play on the replacement stick. I cannot figure out why. Please help!

Is the computer fully updated? BIOS, operating system with the latest patch, video codecs.

 

What type of video file are you trying to play?
