In my Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC there is no such options for F4, F7 keys for Bios Update. F7 shows boot media selector instead!!! I've donwloaded the Bios Update file FC0040.bio but there is no way to update the bios, tried everything. Any Idea?

You use F7 for BIOS update. Have .BIO file on flash disk. F7 should produce media selector dialog where you point to the flash disk and then to the .BIO file you want installed.

As I said in the question, F7 shows boot select menu instead of bios update menu. The bio file is ready on the Flash Disk formatted as Fat32 but no flash update tool. I've searched, There is no way to update it's Flash Bios. If anyone solved this it's a genius!

Let me start by going through the process - with pictures.
After powering on the FC ICS, I see BIOS POST Splash Screen:
Quickly pressing the F7 key, I see the BIOS Flash Update Screen:
After selecting the SD (SDXC) card and pressing <enter>, I see the .BIO file Selection Screen:
I select the .BIO file, press <enter> and away it goes doing the update.
Ok, let's go on presuming that you are somehow NOT seeing screens similar to what I showed above.
I was involved in the original release of the FC ICS and have been around for its entire lifetime (albeit as a retiree on the outside looking in). I do not ever remember there being a bug in the BIOS that would cause it to not display the BIOS Flash Update Screen. In case I spaced it in a brainfart, I did a careful review of the BIOS Release Notes, but could find no mention of a fix for such an issue. Still, anything is possible (I am in my 60's after all).
If you are seeing something different, what I next need to know is what version of the BIOS *is* installed.

I see none of the above menus on my Intel Compute Stick whatsoever. No F7 bios update menu at all.

If you don't see what Scott has shown in his photos, then you do not have an INTEL brand Compute Stick. There are a number of other companies making similar sticks as Intel but not the same BIOS or hardware. Do you have any pictures of the BIOS or the Stick?

Yes, it's my disaster area doing a poor job of disguising itself as an office.

Can you use the F2 key and get into BIOS Setup? What version of the BIOS is installed?
