Unable to boot my new Compute stick

Not even once. Tried refreshing and resetting: it got stuck on 6 percent and didnt reboot afterwards - not even showing the loading phase and shutting down after 30 sec. Tried all this with an AC adapter. cant get to a BIOS or other screens because it doesnt respond.

Every step failed. It seems that the device doesnt work.

Please HELP ME
