W5 Pro, new, Changed bios to automatically start on power up. Rebooted worked fine. Then I physical pulled the power plug, waited and the plugged it back in. Power comes one, fans spins, but no video. The power light is blue but blinks red. Help.

You do not have an intel compute stick. You have a 3rd party knockoff. Contact the manufacturer for support:
