Can i download a recovery software to sort out this problem,this came about when updating to windows 10.

Non that of this worked did in the end get it working but now cant validate it plus the clock does not work and won't power off. All this started when i tried to upgrade to Windows 10.

I recommend contacting the Intel support team since you have problems after Windows® 10 upgrade and request warranty service for the compute stick.
