Product: Intel Compute Stick W5 Pro
The WiFi had been working fine beforehand, but after I used a bootable USB to install the latest version of Windows 10 Enterprise (version 2004), the WiFi adapter was no longer detected. I visited Intel's Download Center and tried a couple different driver installations, but nothing has worked. This system is 64-bit.
I'm not getting any sort of error, I just simply cannot see any nearby networks nor does any WiFi adapter show up in network devices under the Control Panel.
You do not have an Intel Compute Stick. You must contact the manufacturer of your stick for assistance.

Yea, most of the 3rd-party "clones" of the Intel FC/SC Compute Sticks utilize 3rd-party wireless solutions, so no driver is going to be installed by the Intel Driver and Support Assistant.
You will need to check the web site for your stick's manufacturer and see if there is a driver available there. I see that there are a whole bunch of Compute Stick clones that have the "W5 Pro" name on them. You may have to consult the documentation that came with the stick to find out who the manufacturer actually is.
If there are no driver package(s) on the manufacturer's web site, the most commonly-used wireless solution is from RealTek. You could download their generic driver and give it a try as an alternative.
