Hi All,
I recently purchased a brand new Intel compute stick from Amazon and when I tried to log in I was surprised to find out that it already has an existing account from another user.
I tried to do the system restore instructions, but I don't have the password for the existing account and I'm basically locked out of the device.
Can anyone please help?
Thank you.
Nikki

Please try the following:
Update the Intel® Compute Stick BIOS; please download the latest BIOS version for this unit at:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25251/BIOS-Update-FCBYT10H-86A- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25251/BIOS-Update-FCBYT10H-86A-
In this case I recommend doing a BIOS recovery and you can follow the steps at:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-035445.htm http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-035445.htm
After that is done, try to reset your system and follow the steps at:
