comment entre dans le bios

voila je voudrais mètre a jour sur win 10mon stick mais pour cela je dois mètre a jour le bios mais je n arrive pas au bios j ai essayer avec f7 et les 3 seconde direct au stick mais rien ni fait a chaque fois je tombe sur windows 8.1 comment entre dans le bios

Hello, fransky:

After using the Translate button I was able to understand that you attempted to upgrade to Windows 10* but now you are not longer able to access Windows.

You tried updating the BIOS but it didnt work.

Also you tried holding the power button for 3 seconds to perform a BIOS recovery without success.
