how to reinstall window 8.1 on my compute stick?

1. F8 recovery

there is no response "Enter" & "F8".

only work "ESC"

as i remember, i had tried to install window 10 about 10 years ago.

but there was something wrong with monitor thus i just stopped to install.

now, i just want to install window 8.1 again.
