Sorry about that. You will have to wait for one of the Intel support staff to respond.

Hello ekayo ,
This BIOS version has been removed and is not available anymore; you can try the version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/21084/BIOS-Update-BLH6710H-86A-?product=50101 0151 which is closest to the version 0146.
Since you will be rolling back to a previous version I suggest you to do http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000005630.html BIOS recovery.
Best wishes,
Ivan.

When you say Windows cannot boot, what do you mean? What exactly will (and won't) it do? Have you tried resetting the BIOS configuration to defaults? Have you tried clearing CMOS?

Thanks for the information, if the system is not booting, that's most likely something else than a BIOS version.
What version of Windows® are you using, Windows®7, 8 or 10?
Try what N. Scott Pearson is saying, try removing the battery from the motherboard for at least 30 minutes and then put it back on.
I suggest you to follow some troubleshooting steps for no boot system at this link:

Ivan.

For both DH67BL and DH67CL, BIOS 0146 caused some boards to brick, so Intel removed it. You should be able to find old threads on the subject.
