Hey,

I have Motherboard Asrock H61M-VS with 2 RAMs of Kingston, 1 of 2 GB and the other 4GB. It worked for me as charm like this for 1 year or so and last night it suddenly starting beeping when I turned the PC on. I noticted that only slot A1 is working (Have total 2 slots). If i put only in A1 it works, If only in B1 it's beeping if on both it works. (both ram cards on A1).

On the BIOS+CPUZ it's saying it's on single channel mode

Please help me guys

Thanks for joining the Intel communities.

I understand you have an Asrock motherboard and one of the memory slots is not working.

It appears to be a hardware issue with the memory slot. I would recommend contacting Asrock for possible warranty options:

http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=RMA ASRock > Support > Repair / RMA

Thanks

Allan.
