Dear People!
I recently assembled with Core i7 4770K processor - DZ87KLT-75K Motherboard,
the problem is when I shut down my computer it's 1, automatically turning on
2, when it's become sleep mode after that I must restart the computer otherwise it won't work properly (the mouse will stuck even the sound also will get disturbance)

Make sure that you have the latest BIOS and the latest drivers for all of your hardware installed. You can get the latest BIOS and motherboard drivers here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Desktop+Boards&ProductLine... Download Center. For all add-in cards (graphics, etc.), make sure the latest drivers available from their manufacturers are installed as well.

Scott I have checked all the hardware and the BIOS everything is up to date

DennisRuban, would you please test your system out of the chassis with minimum configuration like processor, motherboard, power supply and 1 memory stick on DIMM # 1?
Please remove any additional accessory such as video card, wireless card, hard drive etc.
I am using the same system configuration, latest BIOS and Windows 8.1 and I am not getting that behavior.
