Just put together a computer and it will not boot. The board lights up but nothing happens after that. No Error codes, no beeps, and the lights on the board that indicate when the components start up don't light up. I've checked all of the connections, taken the battery out, tried starting it with no memory installed and I still get nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?
Parts:
Board: DP67BG
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Video: Geforce GTX 650
Power: Ultra 600
Processor: Intel i5 3570K (3rd Gen.)D

The issue that you are experiencing could be related to the fact that you require an updated BIOS version to use your processor.

You need a 2nd generation processor compatible with the motherboard so you can update the BIOS to the 3rd Gen-Transition BIOS version 2111.
Please provide me the AA# and serial # of your motherboard.

Can you send me a private message with your personal information?
According to the motherboard's AA number, it supposed to be ready to use a 3rd generation processor.
In order to find if you have a compatibility issue between the board and the cpu or a defective product, we would need to test a compatible/working processor on the motherboard
