As long as it meets the specs on page 17, section 1.5:

Hello,
X58-based board only support _unbuffered_ DIMMs, not _registered_ DIMMs, so no, those DIMMs are unlikely to work as they are registered.

It is not clear what the exact model number of the proposed dimms are. There are several possibilities.
The information on page 17 stated "unbuffered". So, it is up to the OP to verify what the proposed dimms support.
What is the point in responding to a month-old thread that has already been answered?

It is quite clear, as '10600R' is a very common descriptor for RDIMMs - I have never seen the 'R' used for anything other than registered DIMMs. And I own enough X58-based boards to know they don't accept RDIMMs.
And sometimes, a simple answer is more useful than 'RTFM', especially for people finding the questions from Google after the fact.
Also, better late than never :-)
