I have a new Intel motherboard BOXDZ77BH55K and i7-2600k CPU. At begin, I can modify the multiplier in BIOS->Performance->Processor overriden by update two places 1.max non-tubor boost and 2.max Turbo Boost at stock BIOS on 2-4-2012.
However, after I updated the BIOS, The maximum multiplier slot of Turbo Boost was gray out. I can not change it in BIOS any more. My system was forced to limit in stock multiplier (34 for regular and 38 for turbo boost) even I disabled the Turbo boost technique and change the non-tubor boost multiplier.
I tried to get back the old version of BIOS but still not able to change the maximum multiplier for Turbo Boost.
Can anyone help to check how to get back the control of maximum multiplier of Turbo Boost for this mother board? Thanks for your help.
