Have a 64x Windows 2008 R2 OS, installed chipset drivers on DZ75ML-45K board and not installed drivers on Ethernet-controller in device manager.
When trying to install driver PROWin7_64_v17.4 or v17.3 - error:
Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Aadpters are present in this computer.

Windows Server 2008 R2 is not a supported operating system on Intel desktop motherboards. It seems they reserve that for its server line of motherboards.
Some people have found modifying the driver software works, while for others it didn't work.
An add-on LAN card that supports Windows Server 2008 is another solution.
