Can't recover BIOS--HELP Please

Ihave a DX58OG and I can't boot computer past POST.

The problem began with a failing Raid0 volume. So I changed from raid in the BIOS. I think that while I was in the BIOS, the PCI band limit got changed to 256 from 64. Now I can't boot past POST and can't get into the BIOS to reset to factory default. I've done everything that was suggesting in the manual. I've recovered the most recent BIOS using the CDROM method. I've done many combinations of moving the cmos pin from 1-2 to 2-3 and off. Nothing seems to work. At first, my mouse wasn't lighting up. Now, it does. I attempted to reflash the BIOS via flash drive, but the BIOS doesn't seem to recognize it. I've tried both fat, and fat32 formats. The BIOS on the flash is an earlier version so I am not sure if that's the problem.
