I'm running Windows 10 Pro x64 on an Asrock J4005B-ITX motherboard. Everything worked fine until the latest Windows update. After the update, none of the USB 3.0 ports work, but the USB 2.0 ports continue to work. There are no specific drivers for the USB 3 ports on the Celeron J4005 that I could reinstall. How do I fix this (without reinstalling the OS)?
Reinstall the intel chipset driver , intel management engine driver , intel management engine firmware.
restart the windows .
