Current BIOS is not unsupported by legacy BIOS

i have intel DH61HO desktop mother board

i was trying to update the bios from :

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22301/BIOS-Update-HOH6110H-86A-?product=66983 Download BIOS Update [HOH6110H.86A]

but its keep giving me :

My recommendation would be to update the motherboard BIOS gradually, please go one by one until you get to the latest version:

Yes thank you . But now in dxdiag it's giving me default system bios .

What matters is the actual version showing at BIOS level. The dxgiag would be information taken from the operating system.
