D77BH-55K Boot Failure After BIOS Update (Hot CPU)

After successful BIOS update (from version 055 to 099), the boot process halts, the Hot CPU LED illuminates, the Memory LED flashes, and the speaker repeatedly beeps 3 times. POST Code 32 is displayed via the onboard LED readout. Any thoughts on what's going on and how to fix it?

Hello F4RIO,

3 beeps in a loop mean the processor is not recognizing the memory.

I would need to gather your processor model and Brand name and model of your RAM memories. We need to know if they are fully compatible.

I would recommend to downgrade the BIOS to version 70. Please use F7 method.
