Intel Desktop Board DG31PR
Intel Dual Core E5300 2.6Ghz
1GB Transcend DDR2SD RAM 800 Mhz
System used to boot before but had given booting issues in the past.
DG31PR Board was sent to Intel service center twice. First time it was replaced while second time it was returned back with a report that stated "no issues with board detected".
board continues to NO Boot.
Symptoms:
1.screen remains blank(standby mode)2.chasis power led glows3.chasis and CPU fans spin4.hdd led constantly glows.with minimal hardware (Board + CPU + CPU Fan + RAM) gave the same result as above. tried multiple times.
PCI based Port 80h POST Code debug card displays 11 as the code.
The manual says; Host processor Cache initialization (including APs)
But how to interpret this? What can be done to fix the issue?
