I have an INTEL DG41TY motherboard. I tried booting up using the USB flash drive. All I get is the cursor on the upper left corner of the screen blinking. I know the USB flash drive is working because it works on other systems. The BIOS on this motherboard is version 45. Set the BIOS to boot on USB first, enable USB boot first. BIOS sees the flash drive but still will not boot. Used the F10 (boot menu) selected the flash drive, still same problem. Need help.

Have you tried rolling back BIOS version? You need to perform BIOS recovery.
Instructions for BIOS recovery available below:
I installed the BIOS version 39. The problem is the system see the USB and tries to boot on the USB drive. What happens is I get a blank screen with the curser is just blinking, nothing happens. I tried another USB the same thing happens. The USB drive are both good because I tested them on another system with a different motherboard DH61BE and DQ87PG and they all worked. I noticed that all 41 chipset motherboard has the same issue. Any suggestions?
There is an updated BIOS version. Try BIOS version 0045
