DH55HC disable boot splash?

Hello. This might seem like a trivial question but I've so far been unable to find an answer.

I recently bought a second hand PC with an DH55HC motherboard. The thing is, upon booting I see the vendor's splash logo, instead of the POST screen which I prefer.

How would I go about making this change? I tried to use Intel's boot splash creator/maker (forgive me for not remembering it's name) but it was unable to identify my board.

I do not remember the exact settings on this board but you may enable "Fast Boot", especially "video optimization" if you have it. Another option could be setting up a new splash screen with the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18672/Intel-Integrator-Assistant Intel® Integrator Assistant.
