You may want to uninstall and reinstall the USB 3.0 driver.

You may also try rolling back with the F7 method. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-030144.htm Desktop Boards — Instructions for F7 BIOS Flash Update

Does the issue happen with different types of USB 3.0 devices?

What is the power supply model or wattage?

I already uninstall and reinstall the USB 3.0 driver...

I tried to rolling back with the F7 method, but when I select the BIOS and hit enter, BIOS freeze, cant do anything and the message showing if I want to flash the BIOS or not.

yes, this issue happen with different types of USB 3.0 devices.

It's not problem with power supply, I already tested my DH61BE with 2 different processors/power supply/RAM and the same problem happens

Let's remove the power and CMOS battery for 30 minutes. Then, try a BIOS recovery again.
