DH77EB UEFI issue

So the whole story goes like this.

pc crashed. tried to install windows 7 64bit with uefi and gpt. i get BSOD when the setup gets to "copying windows file" .took some screenshots which are pretty interesting. Look what happens to some settings when i try to restore defaults (F9).also no problems reported in memory diagnostics. the one titled network is actually the LAN settings in bios, the screen showed nothing and pc hanged after i restored defaults in visual bios saved them and went back to legacy interface of bios and tried LAN settings again. did re-flashed 101 again and same problem. also cleaned the RAMs but after removing them cleaning them and reinserting to DIMM1 and DIMM2 the pc didnt turned on. had to use other slots and it turned on. it did started working when i used DIMM1 and DIMM2 again.

Thanks for joining the motherboard community.

At this point, it appears to be an issue with the board BIOS. You can try running BIOS recovery to the latest version 0101 with file name: EB0101.BIO

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22825&ProdId=3437&lang=eng&OSVersion... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22825&ProdId=3437&lang=eng&OSVersion...

Instructions for BIOS recovery available below:

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-023360.htm http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-023360.htm

If the problem continues, you may need to contact Intel support via chat at www.intel.com/chat and check any warranty option for your motherboard model.

Allan.
