DP35DP mother board: PC get slower when added 2 sticks of DDR2 RAM

I am using Intel DP35DP Motherboard with e4500 processor, running with 2 gigs Kingston DDR2 800Mhz Ram X 2 (i.e. total 4 gigs). This is the slim size Kingston Ram

I am using window 7 home edition 64 bits.

The control panel performance test shown that the processor performance is 4.5 and the Ram performance is 4.8.

I lately bought 2 more units of 2 gigs Kingston DDR2 800Mhz Ram from PC depot (normal size). After slot it in, the PC become slower, although the performance reading is showing the same.

My Bios show the follow info:

D RAM Control: Automatic

Current Memory Speed: 800 Mhz

Current Memory Setting: 5-6-6-18

Current Memory Frequency: 667Mhz ( i can actually change it to 800 Mhz, shall i do that??)

TCL: (5)

TRCD (5)

TRP (5)

TR Asmin (15)

Total Memory: 8192 MB

Memory Mode: Dual Channel

Memory Channel A:

Slot 0: 2048 MB (DDR 800) SPD 6-6-6-18

Slot 0: 2048 MB (DDR 800) SPD 6-6-6-18

Memory Channel B:

Slot 0: 2048 MB (DDR 800) SPD 5-5-5-18

Slot 0: 2048 MB (DDR 800) SPD 6-6-6-18

How do i make this 4 sticks ram work with this motherboard fluently??

Thanks

According to the SPD readings you have ONE MIS-Matched stick. all ram must match or the sys will run at the slowest Ram stick .
