DP55SB board

Hi!

I am setting up a DP55sb board and i5 750 processor, which only powers up one time and then I must remove the battery to get it to start up again. This is happening every time.. Board has been removed from chassie and does the same on the bench.. I have changed 3 different kinds of ram sticks (and without any sticks), 2 different power supplies still same. When i try graphics board (2) It won't power up even the 1st time. I would like to know if Im overlooking something or if the board or processor is defective. Anyone who could help me I would be grateful.

Pete
