DP67BG error E6 constant beeping

Hi all,

So I've been using this mobo for 3 years in an unchanged setup and today I went to restart it and it just gave me the error, kept beeping, and never got to the BIOS. I've disconnected everything with no improvement, so I'm just comepletely lost. Can anyone offer an idea? Thank you so much.
