Let's see if we still have a chance. Does the motherboard still POST/boot?
Try updating the BIOS incrementally; you may jump few (2 or 3) versions but it is not recommended to jump many of them to the latest one. This motherboard has the initial production BIOS release; this means that you may need to flash most of the other versions provided in the website, including: 0757, 0865, 0925, 1109; these versions include Intel® Management Engine updates.
If the motherboard does not POST anymore, try removing the CMOS battery for half hour and then try a BIOS recovery.

Thanks, problem with flashing image for Intel(R) Management firmware I solve by CMOS reset (disconnect the power cord and LAN cable and remove the CMOS battery for 15 secs)
Also your instructions for recovery BIOS update is very useful.
