Sir, I have Intel DQ35MPE motherboard and I am using windows 10. I have a problem with audio driver. My motherboard is running good with my previous windows 7 when I upgrade my computer with windows 10 32bit recently I didn't get audio from my computer. In my computer sound icon was showing that no audio device is installed. I tried to download and run realtek driver 6201 as my motherboard from https://drivers.eu/Mainboards/INTEL/DQ35MP
but it's not working. Please Can you please help me what is the best driver for my motherboard.

You should never use these 3rd party download sites.  You never know what payload they contain, and where your information is sent.

Your board and processor are long since discontinued and not supported on Windows 10.  Did you go to realtek and look for a driver?

Yes, sir I tried to find out in realtek official website but I couldn't get any audio driver for my motherboard. Sir, I am using 2 hdd in my computer. For the audio issue with windows 10 pro, I install Windows 7 pro in my second hdd but the audio driver issue is still same. Please help me for this issue.

If you cannot find a driver on the RealTek site for the ALC268-GR audio codec, then you may be out of luck. You can purchase USB-based audio solutions fairly cheaply. For example, these works fairly good and are dirt cheap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IRVQ0F8.

Hope this helps,

Do a good search on the net for "AUD_allOS_6196_PV_RTL.exe".  I am sure you will find it.

You asked for it.  That it does not work should be expected.

Save yourself time and frustration, and get new hardware.

The original audio driver was for Windows XP. It might support Windows 7, but it is definitely NOT going to work on Windows 10.

Your choices are:

  1. Attempt to get a Windows 10 driver through RealTek. Don't get your hopes up.
  2. Use a simple USB audio device. These are fairly cheap. For example, this one works fairly well (I have a couple and use them all the time) and cost very little: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B06XWJTHBL.
  3. Use a PCI audio card. These can cost a little more. Here's an example: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01MRUH2MW,

Hope this helps,
