DQ45CB Motherboard Bios Issues

Hi Guys,

I have a Intel DQ45CB board with a E9400 Core2Quad chip, the board powers on but no display, USB keyboard light off, Even when I try to boot into bios recovery, no display. Did the normal troubleshoot:

1. new CMOS battery

2. used a PCI-e GPU

3. new ATX12v ver2.2 PSU,

4. tried various 1GB DDR2 ram

5. different case

7. working LCD screens & cables

Still no display....., is there a process of flashing the bios via USB with no display?

Any guidance will be appreciated

I do not know that you can.

You may want to review these documents:

Also, this is an old board. Do you know for certain that it is good? And, do you know for certain that the processor is good?
