On the processor compatibility list it only shows gen2 i5's, but not gen3, do these work with this mb? There is conflicting information that the Max TDP should be 65W yet is says that it supports 95W cpus.... Can anyone advise?

Hello jonjlg,
We regret to inform you that this motherboard was not designed to support 3rd generation processors. The official supported processor list for this motherboard can be found here:
http://processormatch.intel.com/CompDB/SearchResult.aspx?Boardname=dq67ep Intel® Processors and Boards Compatibility Tool - Search Results Page
Regarding the max TDP, 95 watts is supported but you will get an error message during boot up indicating not to use this type of configuration with the mini ITX chassis since it will not be able to cool down a 95 watts processor.

The answer is unfortunately NO.
DQ67EP uses Q67 Chipset which is no upgradable to Gen 3 Core i3,i5 or i7 Processors.....
It is advisable to use 65Watt CPU on mini-ITX platforms because of the heat and power supply constrains involved.
