DQ77KB doesn't start (doesn't turn on)

Hello. I have 2 DQ77KB boards. All of them worked fine but suddanly one of them stoped to turn on.

I had try components (CPU,RAM, Power Supply) from this motherboard on second MB for exclude the probability of malfunction of them. All components work fine.

When I connect power supply and RJ-45 cable to workable MB i have seen 2 LEDs - 1 led on MB (green) and 1 LED on RJ-45 port (green), than I pressed "start" button on the Case and coller begins to rotate.

When I connect power supply and RJ-45 cable to not workable MB i have seen 1 LEDs - 1 led on MB (green) and all. When I pressed "start" button on the Case coller doesn't rotate.

The version of BIOS probably is 0056.

What is the cause of the problem and what to do?

Sounds like something has failed on the motherboard. If you are still within your warranty period, contact Intel Customer Support regarding a replacement.

Hi Павл Нехай,

Please perform a test with minimum configuration, I mean using motherboard, processor, 1 memory stick and power supply. Remove the remaining hardware. Check if it possible to get into the BIOS.

If problem continues, contact our support center using the link below.
