DQ77MK motherboard using onboard graphics with intel HD Graphics Driver boots to Black Screen

DQ77MK motherboard using onboard graphics with intel HD Graphics Driver boots up to Black Screen on startup. Driver version 9.17.10.2932. Never displays unless I delete the driver and use standard VGA driver. When in Black screen mode, I can remote connect from another desktop and see desktop fine. All updates and service packs for Windows 7 Ultimate OS installed. BIOS ver. MKQ7710H.86A.0039.2013.0111.1351

Hi,

Here are our recommendations for this issue:

- Check for driver conflicts in device manager. Make sure you have followed a clean installation of the Operating System.

- Update your motherboard BIOS gradually to versions: 0050, 0054 0057. We recommend using the recovery method since is the most secure one.
