I saw the most recent bios, downloaded the auto installer from windows.
PC rebooted and halted on error 30.
no errors (beeps) or output on monitor (swapped video card) cheap ati radeon hd 6540 gpu
when i pull out memory it does start to beep..
I have tested the Power Supply, no errors there.
The machine had no issues until this reboot, no overclocking.. or such a thing
i run on a UPS just to be sure..
is there a way to recover ?

I understand after BIOS update your computer does not boot to the operating system.
At this stage, you may try performing BIOS recovery. This is a simple process that may help even if there is no video at all
