DX79SI + PCIe payload size

Hi all,

we've got a new issue starting with the last but one BIOS version. Up to version 515 the BIOS supported setting the PCI express payload size. This setting is mandatory for a third party plugin card (Silicon Software ME4 frame grabber) we're using in our systems. Current BIOS limits this setting, which in turn cuts down the performance of the grabber card. None of the readmes of the newer BIOS versions tells about this limitation.

Please turn off this limitation!

thanks for reporting! We've tested the latest BIOS 553 and it works again.
